Connecticut Poet Laureate Dick Allen at the Necessary Voices Lecture Series

Necessary Voices: the University of Bridgeport Writers Series, a new lecture program to engage discussion about writing and the arts, launched on Thursday, September 16.

Hosted by the Department of English, Necessary Voices features visiting scholars, writers, and other experts.

The monthly events are free and open to the public. They will be held at the Arnold Bernhard Center Gallery at the University of Bridgeport, 84 Iranistan Avenue.

All lectures begin at 4:30 p.m.
