The Keys to the Purple Knight Kingdom - The essentials for your success at UB

We have designed Orientation experiences for every type of UB student. Whether you are joining us right from high school, transferring in, or joining us after some time off, there is something designed to meet your specific needs!

The Overnight Experience

Designed for new students joining UB from high school and enrolling in a traditional, four-year bachelor’s degree program. This experience gives students the opportunity to stay in the residence halls overnight, build necessary connections, and see what it’s like to be a Purple Knight.

International Orientation

Orientation is a mandatory event for all incoming international students. This important session will provide you with essential information about life at UB and help you understand your responsibilities as an international student in the United States.
