Employers and Alumni

The Center for Career Development needs your support in helping students grow professionally by meeting them where they are on their journey.

Whether they’re just beginning to explore career options or actively applying for internships and jobs, your involvement can make a meaningful impact. By engaging with students, providing guidance, and encouraging participation in career programming like workshops, career fairs, and the Individualized Career Plan (ICP), we can collectively empower students to build the skills, confidence, and connections they need for success beyond the classroom.

How you can help

There are many ways you can support the Center for Career Development in preparing students for their professional journeys:

  • Participate in workshops by sharing your expertise and experiences
  • Recruit students for open internship or full-time opportunities within your organization
  • Serve as a mentor to help guide students through career planning and development
  • Conduct mock interviews to help students practice and build confidence

Our department is always looking to grow our network and create meaningful opportunities for students.
