How to make your gift
Every gift to the annual fund makes a difference, no matter the size. Annual giving directly impacts our college rankings, which increases the value of a UB degree for recent graduates and alumni.
Of the many ways to give to UB, most donors choose cash and cash equivalents, whether as annual gifts, a one-time gift, or a gift pledged over a period of years. Cash gifts are the easiest and most direct way to donate to UB and also entitle you to the most generous charitable income tax benefits. Cash gifts can be made by check, credit card, or online.

The impact of pledges
Pledges enable donors to consider a more significant gift that is conveniently structured. A pledge to donate $1,000 annually for five years, for example, can allow one to make a stretch gift. By combining yearly gifts into a multi-year pledge, donors have a greater impact on the future of UB.
Faculty and staff gifts
The simplest way for employees to support UB is through payroll deduction, either one time or annually.
Payroll deduction forms can be found in the MyUB portal in the Form Library. Gifts can also be made by check, cash, or credit card.
