John J. Cox Student Center

The Student Center is meant to be your living room away from home! Take a study break to play pool, bowl, or ping pong on the ground floor. Lounge or study in groups in the many study pods available in Knight’s End. On the second floor, the Commuter Lounge is equipped with plenty of outlets to charge your devices, moveable tables and chairs to study alone or in groups, and a mini fridge/microwave to heat up your lunch between classes.

The Heckman Center

On the second floor of Wahlstrom Library, you will find the Heckman Center. Not only can you find various support services including Academic Advising, Tutoring, Leadership Development, and more, but the open floor plan has plenty of space to lounge and study. Small meeting spaces are available to reserve for your group projects and meetings.

Wahlstrom Library, First Floor

Need a caffeine boost or a quick meal? Stop by Café Scribe, located on the first floor of Wahlstrom Library, and get a coffee or a sandwich. Tables and chairs are great for eating your lunch or meeting up with friends.

Study rooms are available for reservation on the first floor of the library. Visit the information desk on for instructions on how to book a room online!

The HUB

Looking for a place to be social? Stop by the HUB, located in the Marina Dining Hall building. The HUB is home to grab and go meals and equipped with plenty of tables and chairs for you to eat, study, and socialize. During meal times, you will usually find a club or two tabling for an upcoming event or fundraiser.
