Academic Success Advising

Academic Success Advising is home to all undergraduate students, primarily serving first-year students in their transition.

The Office of Student Academic Success (OSAS) advisors serve as the primary advisors for on-campus and online undergraduate students up to 60 credits and for online graduate students in the Master of Public Health, Doctor of Health Sciences, and School of Business programs. All other students are assigned to work with faculty advisors within their program of study. OSAS can provide supplemental assistance and support to any undergraduate student regardless of class year.

Academic Success advisors assist students in fostering the skills necessary to make informed decisions about their college career, professional prospects, and personal development through one-on-one advising, educational workshops, outreach, and working collaboratively with faculty and other campus resources.
