Save the date — UB RISE 2026 on Friday, April 17!

This is the 4^th annual UB RISE event (but our 16^th year hosting a research forum).

More details will be available as the date approaches — stay tuned.

The UB RISE Committee is working diligently to plan activities so that you can refine your research and presentation skills, increase networking opportunities, and build your professional credentials.

What’s new this year:

• Abstracts, posters, and videos are required for a competitive poster to be judged.
  (Non-competitive posters only require an abstract and a poster submission)
• Lighting rounds will feature semi-finalists (virtually and in person) on April 17.
• Opportunities for students to serve as poster judges of high school, undergraduate, and master’s posters. Certificates of acknowledgement will be given to those selected.
• Pre-UB RISE events will begin on April 1.
