Reminder: Submit your proof of vaccination by 10/1

Dear UB Students,

Thank you to those who have submitted proof of vaccination. If you have not submitted your proof of vaccination, this is a reminder to please do so by October 1.

The October 1, 2021 deadline for submitting proof of vaccination applies to everyone on our campus—employees, students and contractors. You can submit your proof of vaccine here and find the complete UB COVID-19 policy here.

If you are not yet vaccinated, Southwest Community Health Center will be holding an on campus vaccine clinic for UB students and employees next Wednesday, September 1, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the John J. Cox Student Center. They will be offering the Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines by appointment or walk-in. To schedule an appointment, simply go to the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) website and create an account.

With the recent FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine, we are hopeful that everyone will now feel comfortable getting vaccinated. We are also offering an incentive to all of our vaccinated students. Upon uploading your proof of vaccination, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card to the UB Bookstore. Those of you who have already provided proof of vaccination are automatically entered into the drawing. We have 15 cards to give away and will begin selecting winners next week through October 2, 2021.

Submitting your proof of vaccination is an important way you can contribute to the health of our UB community. Thank you again for continuing to support one another and protecting each other from COVID-19.
