Three things to do now to prepare for next semester
Dear Students,
As the semester winds to a close, we have a lot to be grateful for. With the new vaccines rolling out, there is some light at the end of the tunnel and a renewed hope we are resuming some of the activities we used to take for granted – like cheering on our Purple Knights at the upcoming in-person graduation.
I know that you are busy with end-of-semester tasks, but it’s also time to do a few things to prepare for next fall.
Please remember to do the following as soon as possible:
- Get your first (or second!) vaccination, now available for walk-in appointments on campus. Full vaccination will exempt you from weekly COVID testing when you return.
- Register for fall classes. And if you are joining us for summer classes this year, make sure to register for those, as well. There are still seats open.
- Submit your housing deposit. Remember, full-time undergraduate students (with a few exceptions) must live on campus. It will be a great Fall 2021, and everyone is very excited to get back to our beautiful campus and live the college life once again. See the requirements here: https://www.bridgeport.edu/key-to-ub/residential-life
Please let me know if you have any questions about these three things. And good luck with finals!
Stay safe,
Craig Lennon
