All international students, all full-time undergraduate domestic students, Physician Assistant students and all students residing on campus will be charged for Health Insurance. Domestic students who have insurance with sufficient coverage of their own may opt to waive this fee by going online to www.universityhealthplans.com/ub before September 15 for the Fall semester or February 15 for the Spring semester. International students are not permitted to waive the insurance. Distance Learning, School of Professional Studies, graduate and part-time students residing off-campus are not charged or covered under the UB insurance plan.
