Student IDs

One of the most important things you will need to have with you as a UB student is your student ID. This grants you access to campus buildings, events on campus, holds your meal plan money and more. We ask that you submit a professional, color, passport-style photo showing a full-front view of your head and shoulders. This photo will be used as your identification photo for official university business and records, including, but not limited to, your ID Card.

Submit Your Photo

Once you upload your photo and verify with a government ID, our Campus Security team will review your submission. If the photo does not meet our specifications, you will be asked to resubmit. After you receive an approval email, you will need to come to Campus Security to have your UB ID printed.
