New business administration concentration expands opportunities at UB’s School of Professional Studies

The University of Bridgeport School of Professional Studies has expanded its Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with a new concentration in Business Administration.

Designed specifically for adult learners, the career-oriented degree program focuses on the skills employers demand, including: critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and management.

The 120-credit program can be completed entirely online, offline, or both. Students may also transfer up to 66 credits from a two-year institution or 90 credits from a four-year institution toward completion of the BS in Professional Studies, Business Administration.

The program’s accelerated classes run eight weeks each. Courses are taught by business professionals, including certified project managers, CPAs, and CFPs.

The first session begins January 7, 2019.

The School of Professional Studies at the University of Bridgeport provides accelerated associate, bachelor’s, and post-graduate degree programs.  Flexible evening, weekend, and online classes, and six start dates throughout the year, accommodate working, part-time, and adult students.
