An Annual Tradition
Much anticipated at the University of Bridgeport, the annual Martin Luther King Day of Service honors and celebrates community.
Each year, the campus invites volunteers of all ages to join its students and honor the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King by giving back. Some make treats for shelter animals or visit senior citizens. Others pitch in at food pantries and local non-profits. But whether they’re making blankets or preparing meals for the needy, one thing is certain, Day of Service volunteers always have fun!
So join us! Day of Service kicks off on Monday, January 19 at 8:30 a.m. at the Cox Student Center on the UB Campus.
