Keith Hassell, MS

Keith brings nearly ten years of experience working within career development in higher education to his role as director. His primary focuses include increasing student utilization, developing professional opportunities, and promoting collaboration and support between academic areas and the Center for Career Development. Keith is well-versed in career coaching and counseling, assisting students with major exploration, résumé/cover letter construction, mock interviews, and LinkedIn networking. He is also deeply involved with the City of Bridgeport community; he is the Founding Chair of THRIVE (Bridgeport Regionals Young Professional Group), Board Member of the Leadership Greater Bridgeport, and an Executive Member of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council.

Rachael Cuttitta

Rachael Cuttitta, MS
Assistant Director, Experiential Learning and Leadership

Rachael focuses on developing each student’s extracurricular, co-curricular, and academic experiences in order to build competencies which match those laid out by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers). Rachael also runs the Student Leadership Institute, which offers programs to students seeking to build their personal leadership skills. She also formally established the Athlete Success Program, which provides career exploration and career transition assistance to student athletes.

Lori Grasso

Lori is in charge of the hiring process for 600 + hourly student worker positions and 180 + Graduate Assistant positions at UB. Prior to joining UB Lori was an Admissions/Financial Aid Coordinator at Long Island University; a Project Manager in Telecommunications and held various positions in the field of Advertising working in print and broadcast.

Alexandra works with students to ensure that their on-campus employment process is positive and efficient. Her experience working in UB’s Student Employment office throughout her four years of undergraduate study allows her to bring a unique perspective to her role.

Join us October 5-7, 2018 for Homecoming Weekend – UB’s annual gathering of alumni, students, families, faculty, staff, and friends!  Tickets are $25 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday, and free for UB faculty/staff, current UB students, and kids under 13.

Saturday registration includes a free tee-shirt, continental breakfast, picnic lunch, two free drink tickets, and entry into most events. Sunday registration includes a free tee-shirt, buffet breakfast, and entry into events.
