Arthur Mollengarden, MBA is an Adjunct Business Faculty member at the University of Bridgeport. He teaches at Albertus Magnus College and Post University. Mr Mollengardern believes one of the most valuable life skills that he can impart to his students is the ability to learn and adapt. “Learning does not stop by merely remembering new concepts—rather, success comes from understanding and synthesizing that understanding into practical knowledge”. Mr. Mollengarden has the ability to make this experience ‘come alive’ by relating both current and established business principles/concepts into the classroom. His students benefit from his deep experience working with businesses at small, medium, and large organizations. His students learn beyond the pages of textbooks by blending case studies and real-life examples of business success (and failures).
