Clinical Nutrition I: Pathology and Assessment

This course introduces the student to diseases states and abnormal conditions due to biochemical deficiencies and abnormal metabolic states. Students are introduced to the methods of conducting a nutritional consultation through history and observation. Prerequisites: BC511, DX613, PH612, PA611.

Clinical Nutrition II: Treatment and Management

This course is a continuation of CN621. Students are presented with abnormalities of a nutritional origin and begin to develop a treatment and management plan.
