Professors
The fast-growing Departments
of Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical Engineering
at the University of Bridgeport invite applications
for several tenure track positions at the Assistant/Associate
Professor levels. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in computer
science, or computer engineering, or electrical engineering
or a related area. A strong interest in teaching undergraduate
and graduate courses and excellent research records
are required.
Applicants are sought
in the areas of wireless design, programming languages,
distributed computing, systems programming, VLSI, and
Communications. There are opportunities to participate
in the external engineering programs, which include
weekend and evening graduate and continuing education
classes, on-site instruction in local industry and distance
learning initiatives.
