Wireless Setup in XP

 

 

     Unzip the securew2_2xx.zip file to your Desktop.

    Double click on the SecureW2_2xx.exe file.

  Follow the instructions to complete the setup.

  After the installation is complete, reboot the computer.

 

 

  1. Go to Control Panels and Double Click on Network Connections.

 

  1. Right Click on Wireless Network Connection and Properties.

4.              Select Wireless Networks Tab.

  1. If you see UBAIR1 in Preferred Networks. Select it and click properties. Then go to step 7.
  2. If UBAIR1 is not shown in Preferred Networks Click on ADD.

 

 

 

7. Enter UBAIR1 as seen on the screenshot below.

8. On the Authentication Tab select SecureW2 TTLS on EAP type.

 

 

Click on Properties, you should get the following window.

 

 

 

10.  Click on New and type Profile ID as UB.

 

11.  Follow the screen shots.

11.You should use your UB Net ID for username and password. Click OK to all the windows and connect to UBAIR1.
