Wireless Setup in Vista

The installation must be carried out by a user with Administrator privileges on the local computer. Unzip the securew2_2xx.zip file.
3.Goto Control Panel. 4. Click on View network status and tasks under Network and Internet.
5. Click on Manage wireless networks on the left of the screen.
6. Click on add.
7. Click on Manually create a network profile
8. In the network name type UBAIR1. Select 802.1x in Security type Click Next
9. Right click on UBAIR1 on Manage wireless networks. Select properties.
10. Select Security Tab Select SecureW2 TTLS on Choose a network authentication method:
11. Click on Settings. The following window pops up.
12. Click on New and type Profile ID as UB.
13. Follow the screen shots.
You should use your UB Net ID for username and password. Click OK to all the windows and connect to UBAIR1. |
