Some library services may require you to disable your Pop-Up Blocker.  Here are instructions: 

• In the upper right hand side of your browser, there is an icon that looks like a gear and the word Tools.  Click on it.  This will open a dropdown menu.   
• Your second item on the dropdown list is 'Pop-up Blocker' 
• Bring your mouse over to 'Turn Off Pop-up Blocker'

• Click on Tools in the top navigation bar
• 'Pop-up Blocker' is the second option on the dropdown menu
• Click on 'Turn Off Pop-up Blocker'

• Click on Tools in the top navigation bar
• Click on the Content icon
• Uncheck the box marked 'Block pop-up windows'
• Click OK

If you do not know which version of a browser you are using, click on Help and select About.
