Health Announcement: Student Health Insurance Cards Now Available

For Residential Students: Residence Life staff will be distributing insurance cards to residential students that have signed up for or were automatically enrolled in Student Health Insurance. 

For Non Residential Students: Non-Residential Students who have signed up for Student Health Insurance or have been automatically enrolled can pick up their student insurance and pharmacy card on the following days and times:

October 16, Monday: 11:30-2pm, Student Center Lobby

October 17, Tuesday: 11:30-4pm, Technology Building in front of Room 113

October 18, Wednesday: 11:30-4pm, In lobby in front of Dean Thrasher’s office, Room 105, Dean’s Suite, Mandeville Hall. 

October 19, Thursday: 9-1pm, Library Lobby

After October 19, the insurance cards will be distributed by the front Reception desk in the Warner Hall lobby.

Important Reminders about Student Health Insurance

• You should keep this insurance card with you at all times and present it as necessary when you visit a healthcare provider, the emergency room, or when picking up a prescription at the pharmacy.
• The insurance brochure and Frequently Asked Questions appear on the website: http://www.bolligerinsurance.com/bridgeport/
• If you would like to check for Preferred Providers you may go to www.CCNUSA.com
