Student Handbook 2008-2009

This handbook covers the services and regulations for resident and commuting students, both undergraduate and graduate as it relates to the day-to-day living and learning at the University of Bridgeport. Your rights and responsibilities as a University of Bridgeport student are explained. The services provided by the University are described.

Because of specific issues relating only to students in their Colleges, the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the College of Chiropractic have developed separate handbooks. Regulations outlined in their handbooks are in addition to those in the Key to UB. These handbooks are available directly from the respective Colleges' administrative offices.

The University of Bridgeport does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, religion, creed, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, handicap or any other basis prohibited by law in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic programs and other University-administered programs. All University students are accorded the same rights and privileges and given the same access to programs and activities. The University of Bridgeport is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.

This Handbook is revised and published by the Division of Student Affairs. For more information, please call or write:
