When you have completed each page of the application, click "Submit" or "Next" and you will be taken to the following page.
B.S. in Dental Hygiene Application (new students)
The following items are also required:
- Students MUST have an A.S. degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from a CDA accredited school other than UB (students who attended UB should complete a Readmission Application below)
- Official high school transcript or GED
- Official college transcripts
- A personal statement
- $25.00 non-refundable application fee (Check or Money Order made payable to the University of Bridgeport)
B.S. in Dental Hygiene Readmission Application (former U.B. students)
Former UB students must have an A.S. degree in D.H. from UB's Fones School
B.S. in General Studies Application
If a student has less than 30 college credits, the following items are also required:
- Official high school transcript or GED
- Official college transcripts
- A personal statement
- A letter of recommendation, preferably from employer
- $25.00 non-refundable application fee (Check or Money Order made payable to the University of Bridgeport)

Financial Aid Information
- All students wishing to apply for financial aid must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- This form may be obtained from your high school or community college office or from the Financial Aid Office at the University of Bridgeport at (203) 576-4568.
- UB's Title IV Code is 001416.
- The FAFSA must be filed as soon as possible after Jan. 1 but before April 15 for all students who wish to apply for need-based fiancial aid and Merit Scholarships.
