Sick Days

Full Administrative Staff

• Employees will accrue 1.25 sick days per month, to a maximum of fifteen (15) days per year (number of days accrued during the first year of employment will be consistent with the date employment commences).
• Employees will be able to utilize accrued time after the completion of the six (6) months waiting period.
• Employees will be allowed to accumulate a maximum of forty-five (45) days.
• Unused sick days will not be paid when employment ends.
