The University of Bridgeport's Acupuncture Medical Center offers traditional chinese medicine modalities with state-of-the-art clinical training facilities.  Acupuncture is a health science, which is used to successfully treat both pain and dysfunction in the body.  It is effective in treating:

  • acute and chronic pain syndromes
  • migraines
  • tension and cluster headaches
  • trigeminal neuralgia
  • bladder dysfunction
  • back pain and sciatica
  • osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis
  • tennis elbow
  • carpal tunnel syndrome and frozen shoulder syndrome
  • stomach problems
  • allergies
  • hypertension
  • menstrual irregularities
  • other “internal” medical condition

Hours of Operation  (Open to General Public) 

  • Monday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm / 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Alternant Saturday: 8:00 am -12:00 pm
