The Budget Department provides support and services for budget development, allocation and monitoring activities of all funds at the University of Bridgeport.

• Budget Transfer Form

Please use this form to transfer budget money from one line item to another to cover shortage. You will credit the account where the money is transferring from and debit the account where the money is being transferred to.

• Funds Transfer Form

Please use this form when an expense is being charged to the wrong subcode or department. You will credit the account where the expense is being charged incorrectly and debit the account or subcode where it is to be charged to.
