Tuition Exchange Program
The University of Bridgeport is a participant in the Tuition Exchange Scholarship program (TE) and the Council of Independent Colleges - Tuition Exchange Program (CIC-TEP). Both programs allow all eligible full-time employees of member institutions to participate.
The TE and the CIC-TEP programs provide the opportunity for children of eligible full-time faculty and staff to apply for undergraduate scholarships at one of the participating member institutions. A list of the colleges and universities that participate in the TE program can be found on the TE website: www.tuitionexchange.org and the list of participating CIC-TEP institutions at their website at www.cic.edu.
Tuition Remission Program
The Tuition Remission Program provides tuition coverage for eligible employees and their eligible dependents, including domestic partners, who attend classes at the University of Bridgeport. Coverage is provided for eligible employees and their eligible dependents as follows:

75% UB Tuition Remission |
| 2+ years of employment |
100% UB Tuition Remission |
- Limited to 130 credit hours or a graduate degree
- Qualified regular full-time employees may enroll, tuition free, in any undergraduate/graduate course(s) given on any permanent campus
- Spouses and/or dependent children of the full-time employees may also apply.
Note: The University’s doctoral programs are not included in the Tuition Remission Program.
