Audio Visual Department

Any equipment you wish, such as an overhead projector or movie projector, blackboard, easel, microphone, etc. we will obtain for you and have in the room you have reserved…as long as you indicate on the Events/Facilities Reservation Form what you need.

Audio Visual services have a wide variety of expertise and equipment . The spectrum of services range from stage lighting, PA systems, screens (i.e., slide projectors, rearview LCD projectors) to PowerPoint presentations. Sound and lighting can be arranged for small or large groups and/or concerts. Audio/visual services will deliver, pick up and operate equipment provided it was indicated on the Facilities Reservation Form. All audio/visual requirements will be coordinated out of the Special Events Office. Equipment that is used for an event is the event chairperson’s responsibility. He/she may be charged accordingly for any loss or damage that may occur other than through normal use.

 Please note that all University owned equipment may ONLY be used on University property.
