3/26 Women's Gymnastics Finishes Second at ECAC Championship Posting one of their top scores of the season, the UB women's gymnastics team came up just short at the 2005 ECAC Division II Gymnastics Championship. The Purple Knights finished with a score of 184.825, falling to Southern Connecticut which had a score of 185.000. First-year head coach Byron Knox was named the ECAC Coach of the Year, which Manny Bonilla earned Assistant Coach of the Year honors. Freshman Sarah Hansen captured first place in the all-around competition for the Purple Knights as well.
