12/10 Women's Basketball Falls to Adelphi The Women's Basketball team dropped their second game in a row for the first time this season when they fell too Adelphi Univeristy today at Garden CIty, NY. Junior forward Cherene Haynes (Memphis, TN) led the Purplke Knights in scoring with 11 points. Junior center Angelina Jimenez (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) had 10 points and 12 boards for the Purple Knights. Senior forward Tereza Arnetova (Prague, Czech Republic) had nine points and five rbounds for the Bridgeport. With the loss the Purple Knights drop to 4-3 overall and 2-2 in the NYCAC.
