The University of Bridgeport believes that a student's achievement should be recognized and rewarded. Our scholarship, grant, state and federal programs enable students who have potential and want to benefit from a high quality academic program.
Financial need is not required for scholarships, which will range from $4,000 to $10,000. Federal and state grants/loans/work-study can provide additional resources that can be combined with a scholarship to assist a student in covering tuition and living expenses.

How to Qualify
All students interested in applying for financial aid are required to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which can be completed online at: www.fafsa.ed.gov. Paper FAFSAs are also available through your high school guidance office. All incoming students must have their FAFSA "date stamped" by the federal processor by April 15, in order to be given full consideration for financial aid.
