-Dr. Stephen Healey, Chair of the World Religions program, spoke in May 2007 at the American Academy of Religion’s Eastern International Region at the University of Waterloo on  “The Essential Issue: Religion and International Relations after 9/11.”

-Dr. Yanmin Yu has written an article "China: U.S. Partner, Competitor, or Threat—What Do the Americans Think. It will appear in the Rowman & Littlefield publication Challenges Facing Chinese Political Development by S. Guo and B. Guo that will be published in December 2007.

-Dr. Ward wrote an article on the role of non-govenmental organizations in fostering human security entitled, “The Political Economy of NGOs and Human Security published in the Spring 2007 International Journal of World Peace
