Health Center Facilities

NATUROPATHIC MANIPULATION Students at UBCNM are taught physical medicine by the faculty of both the Naturopathic and the Chiropractic Colleges.

EXAMINATION ROOMS
On the third floor of the Health Science Center the Naturopathic Clinic has several general medicine exam rooms, a pediatric exam room, an ob-gyn exam room, and a consulting room with closed circuit video. Additional exam rooms, located on the second floor, are shared with the Chiropractic Clinic.

LOBBY & RECEPTION DESK
Health Center patients check in and out at the reception desk. They are greeted by their Naturopathic Interns in the lobby and escorted by them to exam or treatment rooms.

LABORATORY
In our state licensed medical laboratory interns perform CLIA waved tests, such as blood glucose and cholesterol, pregnancy testing and strep screening.

X-Ray
Naturopahtic medical students have access to the x-ray facilities of the Chiropractic college and receive instruction from their radiologist.

LIBRARY
Interns watching a video. Clinical diagnosis is enhanced with the use of books, audio-visual equipment and computer programs available in the Clinic Library.

CLINIC CONFERENCE ROOM
An informal gathering spot where interns study, wait for their patients, and, at the beginning and end of each shift, meet with Clinicians to discuss cases.
