IDEAL Academic Calendar:
Fall 2007, Spring 2008 & Summer 2008

It is advisable to register for all courses that occur throughout the entire semester. This secures your enrollment and payment is not due until the day the course begins. If you find that you cannot attend, you can still Drop the course prior to the start date without penalty.

 

Add & Course Registration Policy

  • Course Add or Registration must be submitted 7 days prior to the Course Start Date.

 

Drop Policy

  • Tuition is due on the course start date.
  • The Drop Period is different depending on the length of the course. A drop within 14 days following course start date; a  Drop fee of $20 is assessed at the date of the Drop and a tuition refund applies. See the tuition refund schedule here.
  • If a course is Dropped following the 14-day Drop period, and within the Drop Period, a grade of "W" is assessed and there is no tuition refund.
  • If a student stops attending a course without submitting a Drop form, a grade of "F" is assessed, and no tuition is refunded.
