INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION TO THE COLLEGE OF CHIROPRACTIC

Before filling out the Online Application for Graduate Students, please carefully read the instructions that follow.

• Please complete the online application no later than 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester you which to be admitted.
• Be sure to fill out all parts of the Online Application. Optional information is labeled as such.
• When you have completed each page of the application, click "Submit" or "Next" and you will be taken to the following page.

All applicants to the College of Chiropractic must submit the following:

• $75.00 non-refundable Application Fee is required. (Check or money order made payable to the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic.)
• Official college transcripts from every school attended, indicating degree(s) earned and dates. Undergraduate transcripts must show clear evidence of the capacity for independent study and the ability to pursue graduate work.
• Have three (3) letters of recommendation submitted by persons who, by virtue of their occupation and/or credentials, would be considered judges of your professional potential. One of these letters must come from a licensed health care practitioner. Letters should be mailed directly to the Director of Admissions at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic Admissions Office at the address indicated below. Recommendation forms are available and may be submitted in place of letters.

Acceptance to University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic is based on academic history, motivation, and consideration of character and potential within the profession.

Following a review of your academic records, you may be invited for a formal interview with the Admissions Committee.
