Academic Activities and Research Interests

Dr. Wu is the co-author of two books. The second book, coauthored with Chuck Kwok and Lihui Tian, International Financial Management: Theories and Practices in China, has been recently published by the Peking University Press in China. This book is included in the Finance Series of Peking University’s School of Management, the top business school in China.

Dr Wu’s research interests include international finance, new securities offerings, Chinese stock markets, and corporate governance. His articles have appeared in Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, Journal of Business and Economic Studies, and others. He has made numerous presentations in annual conferences of Academy of International Business, Financial Management Association, American Society of Business and Behavior Sciences, and Eastern Finance Association.

Professional Experience

Dr. Wu has extensive professional experience in the foreign exchange markets, commodities and financial futures markets, and personal financial planning.
