Thursday, May 1
• Can't make it to Hawaii? Don't worry, you can still party like Hawaiians at
  U-BET's "Annual Luau," 11:30 am-1:30 pm, Marina Dining Hall, free to all on a meal
  plan, $5 for all others
• Engineering Colloquium with Dr. Pei-Chung Wang, senior researcher at GM Research
  Laboratories, 4-5pm, Dana 107, all are welcome
• Pool Party! U-BET presents the summer 2008 "Splash & Dive" pool party and tiki
  bar from 7:00-10:00 pm at the Wheeler Recreation Center, free!
• Bible study, 6:00-7:00pm, room 207/209
• Flashing Lights! UB Spring Fashion Show, don't miss the best fashion show of the
  year with performances by O.FF. Gang, T2D, YNG Murph, 8:00 pm, Social Room, Student
  Center. UB students $2 and non-UB students $3. Sponsored by the Senior Class.

Friday, May 2
• It's the Senior Ball "Wisteria," at the Grassy Hill Country Club, Orange, CT, $30
  for seniors, $35 for undergrads/Non-UB and $55 for couples. Transportation will be
  provided (bus leaves at 7:15pm)
• Come and enjoy Game Night at the Private Dining Room, Student Center,
  7:00-9:00pm. Sponsored by Bridges International Students.

Sunday, May 4
• College Bible study, 10:00 am, Carstensen Hall
• Unification Prayer service, 11:00 am, Dana Hall room 107.
• Protestant service, 11:15am, Carstensen Hall Chapel.
• Volunteer at the CT Food Bank's "Walk Against Hunger" program, 1:00-4:00pm.
  Volunteers will need to assist with the walk or get a team together and raise money
  to support the CT Food Bank! For more info check out

Tuesday, May 6

  sponsored by Campus Activities

• Academic Honors Convocation, 1:30pm, Mertens Theatre, open to all
• Fones Pinning Ceremony, 4:00pm, Littlefield Recital Hall, open to all
• Phi Kappa Phi Induction Ceremony, 5:00pm, Tower Room, all are welcome
• Reception for all honorees and guests, 3:30-6:00pm, University Gallery, ABC Building

Sunday, May 11
• Protestant service, 11:15am, Carstensen Hall Chapel.

Tuesday, May 13
• University Women's Forum Spring Tea, 12noon-2pm, silent auction and luncheon, free
  to UWF members, all others $10 at the door

• Resumes are being accepted for a fabulous PAID internship with "Service for
  Peace."  If you are organized, flexible, have good administrative skills and are
  committed to making a difference through community service, we are looking for YOU!
  Internship is from September 2008 through June 2009, 10-15 hours per week, all
  students (grad or undergrad) are encouraged to apply, please email your resume to
