If a course is canceled or rescheduled, you may request an official transfer to another course or refund.

Incomplete Work:
All course work must be completed within the term. University policy on requesting a grade of Incomplete is restricted to situations where a student is doing passing work in a course, but is unable to complete course requirements due to reasons beyond the control of the student. If, during the semester, you experience serious work, family, or medical problems that affect your ability to complete the course requirements, contact your instructor immediately.

A grade of Incomplete will be so recorded ONLY if it is accompanied by a clear indication from the course instructor of the nature of the work to be completed. In such cases where the "I" grade is awarded the unfinished work must be completed satisfactorily by the end of the following term. If the unfinished work is not completed within the following term, the grade will revert to a failing grade in the course.
