Great gifts, gift certificates, specialty baskets and other interesting items are going on silent auction Thursday as the University of Bridgeport’s Women’s Forum concludes its fall schedule with a holiday luncheon.

The fund-raiser at the John Cox Student Center is open to the public. The cost of the noon luncheon is $5 for those who aren’t members of the forum. The auction closes at 2 p.m. Funds raised at the event will support a scholarship.
