What does a successful businessman and marketer do when he reaches the
top? If he’s on his toes, he teaches others what he knows.
That’s what Stew Leonard Jr., president and chief executive officer of
Stew Leonard’s, is doing when he speaks at the University of Bridgeport
Monday evening.
Leonard, who heads a chain of supermarkets in Connecticut and New
York, is among the nation's leading marketers. He'll be discussing
marketing concepts. But more important, he’s going to share the secrets
that made the Stew Leonard’s one of the most successful food stores in
the country.
Leonard will speak in John Dry’s marketing class, “Buyer Analysis.”
The program is from 6 to 8 p.m. in classroom 152 in Carlson Hall on Park
Avenue and University Mall.
The class is open to all UB students and faculty as well as the public.
