International Festival at University of Bridgeport


   On Saturday, March 31, from 4:00 - 9:00 PM, the 25th International Festival will be held at the Wheeler Recreation Center (University Ave.) on the University of Bridgeport campus. Tickets are $10 for students and seniors, $15 for others, with family package discounts. Tickets may be obtained early by calling 203-576-4487, or can be bought at the door if available.

   With students from 90 countries attending the University of Bridgeport, the International Festival is a celebration of the customs and cultures of the world. Twenty ethnic groups will offer food samples from their countries and regions and 15 groups will perform dances, theater and other performance art native to their culture.
