Marcia Prenguber new dean of UB College of Naturopathic Medicine

Marcia Prenguber, ND, has been appointed the new dean of the University of Bridgeport (UB) College of Naturopathic Medicine, effective March 1, 2014, the University announced today.
Previously, Dr. Prenguber served as president of the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education. She is past director of Integrative Care, Goshen Center for Cancer Care and the co-founder of the Naturopathic Post-Graduate Association, a naturopathic residency organization.
In 2008, Dr. Prenguber was named Naturopathic Physician of the Year by the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians for exhibiting excellence in leadership, ethics, individual achievement and advancement of the naturopathic community.
Dr. Prenguber holds a doctorate in natural medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, a Master of Science in Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
