When prompted, Enter your username and password as follows:
Username: your UB username
Password: Your UB password
Technology Help Desk for Students
Now Available! Students are able to call the Help Desk directly for questions about: email, wireless access, assistance with password changes, and more! When calling, students should be prepared to provide their Student ID number which will identify them as an active UB student and should be encouraged to record their ticket number and the name of the technician assisting them in case a follow up call is necessary. To contact the Technology Help Desk 24x7, students can call ext.4606 (203-576-4606) on campus or 866-264-1546 toll free.
Note: If there is an issue with technology in a lab or classroom, the instructor or other staff member will need to be the point of contact. Students will not be able to open help desk tickets for assistance with University facilities.
