North/South Hall is not only an affordable graduate residence, it also provides a culturally diverse and educationally rich atmosphere for any student. North/South Hall overlooks Knights Field and is located near Wahlstrom Library, as well as Seaside Park. This traditional, co-ed style residence hall offers standard double rooms with a limited number of single rooms. Every floor in North/South Hall is equipped with laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and full community kitchens (two stoves, sink, flat screen television, and dining area).

Eligible students: Graduate students or undergraduate students over the age of 25, co-ed
Number of residents: 250 (approximately)

A Strong Community

North/South Hall’s staff consists of fourteen Community Assistants (CAs) who are supervised by the Resident Director of North Hall. The staff’s goal is to integrate both an academic and residential approach to the hall community as well as assist the residents in their educational, social, cultural, and personal needs. The staff is to be used as a resource in a collaborative approach with residents to assist with the challenges of their new surroundings as well as to create a positive and academically-centered community atmosphere. Residents of North/South Hall are expected to contribute and respect others in the hall community.
