Interview Attire Checklist
Suit (solid color – navy or dark grey)
Long sleeve shirt (white or coordinated with the suit)
Tie and Belt
Dark socks, conservative leather shoes
Little or no jewelry
Neat, professional hairstyle
Limit the aftershave
Neatly trimmed nails
Portfolio or briefcase
Everything should be clean and ironed, carefully inspect clothes for tags, dangling threads, etc.

TOO TIGHT, TOO SHINY OR TOO BIG
Grooming Tips
Hair & Fingernails – should be clean and neat.
Shoes – should be polished and heels are not worn and Book Bags, should be left at home for an on-site interview.
Details – there should be no missing buttons, no lint; and don’t forget to remove external tags and tacking stitches from new clothes.
Clothes should be clean, ironed, and fit properly. Dry clean if necessary.
Cologne – scent is one of the strongest senses and some interviewers may be allergic or hypersensitive to certain scents, so your scent can be an issue even if you smell good. Shower the day of the interview and keep in mind that with any type of scent, less, or none, is better so use it sparingly or not at all. There should be no odors in your clothes
DO NOT COOK FOOD IN YOUR INTERVIEW CLOTHES AND DO NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE.
