Preparation for the Job Market
The average time it takes our students to find a job after graduation is six to eight months. UB not only provides an on-campus career center, but we also have a social media presence, and have created a software program to give students access to more networking opportunities, job searching links, and postings.
Mission & Vision
The Career Services Center is a comprehensive career counseling and resource center dedicated to empowering students as active participants in their own career development. Through career exploration and experiential opportunities, students are motivated to expand their knowledge of themselves and the world of work in a dynamic global community.
Job Listings (on-campus, internships, and full and part time positions) are managed on-line through UBjobnet. Students and alumni may search jobs & internships and submit resumes on-line. Students can also use this system to sign-up for on-campus interviews and participate in resume referrals, sign up for career events, report their Co-op/Internships, and set up search agents to help find the best openings!
