Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) is the largest, oldest, and most prestigious simulation of its kind. Each year, HNMUN brings together more than 2000 students and faculty advisors from colleges and universities across the globe and provides them with a unique opportunity to experience the challenges of international negotiation.

Delegates gain insight into the workings of the United Nations by assuming the roles of UN representatives and by actively participating in the resolution of important global issues. Throughout the conference weekend, participants of HNMUN 2001 will interact with hundreds of other highly motivated college students and work together towards the common goals of international awareness and consensus-building. Furthermore, HNMUN provides a setting for social interaction with college students from around the world.

You are cordially invited to attend the 47th session of Harvard National Model United Nations at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers from Thursday, February 15 through Sunday, February 18, 2001.
