The Golden Knights
Who are the Golden Knights?
Golden Knights are UB alumni celebrating 50 years since graduation. Each year, the University salutes these remarkable men and women with special honors during commencement ceremonies. Wearing gold academic robes, the Golden Knights lead the graduating class into commencement. Following commencement ceremonies, Golden Knights are recognized by the President in a private reception on campus.
Golden Knights for 2010
All members of the class of 1960 are eligible to be honored as Golden Knights at UB’s 100th Commencement Exercises in May of 2010. The University wants to share in the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of your graduation.
This year’s commencement is a very special milestone in the life and history of UB, and we hope that a very large contingent of the class of ’60 will be participating. The Golden Knights luncheon with President and Mrs. Salonen will be held in the Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. duPont III Tower Room on campus.
