One
of the most important steps in determining whether a university is
right for you is visiting campus. We recommend that you set aside some
time to join us for a campus tour.
In
addition, we encourage applicants and their parents to meet with a
member of the
Admissions Staff and their respective
Academic Department to discuss
academic and career goals, as well as admissions and financial aid
concerns.
The Admissions Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
Campus Tours
Don’t
skip this very important step in the college decision process! Come and
spend some time with us on our beautiful seaside campus, and learn why
UB is one of the fastest growing universities in Connecticut.
The
Office of Admissions offers campus tours on weekdays at 10:00 am, 12:00
pm and 2:00 pm. Tours are provided by Student Ambassadors and offer
prospective students a chance to ask questions one-on-one with a
current UB student.
Undergraduate Information Sessions
The
University of Bridgeport Admissions Office offers Undergraduate
Information Sessions for prospective students every Monday at 9:30 am
or 1:30 pm and every Friday at 1:30 pm. The sessions take place in the
Admissions Office on the 6th floor of the Wahlstrom Library at 126 Park
Avenue in Bridgeport.
This is a
great way to learn more about the UB’s admissions policy,
financial aid, and academic programs. There is no need to register, but

Transfer Consultations
The
Admissions Office is pleased to offer office hours until 6:00 pm on
Wednesdays exclusively for prospective transfer students. Regular
office hours are 8:30 am until 4:30 pm weekdays. Please feel free to
