Requirements for Student Athletes

The University of Bridgeport offers a full program of NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports, including basketball, baseball, cross-country and soccer for men, and basketball, softball, cross-country, gymnastics and soccer for women. Athletic scholarships are available.

All students who wish to participate in intercollegiate athletics are required to register with the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse. For more information and a Clearinghouse registration form, please contact your high school guidance office.
